We're looking for an experienced and capable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store with Forecourt. The successful candidate will develop a team of employees in the area, be responsible for formulating a business plan and work closely with the other management staff to ensure that our stores start making a profit. This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent leadership skills who can effectively respond to customer complaints and motivate his or her team to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make decisions on how to maximize sales in-store.
- Work with the staff to ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
- Deal with customer complaints swiftly and fairly.
- Train new employees to ensure company standards are being met.
- Supervise employees during work hours.
- Make sure that the store is well laid out and tidy.
- Manage the stock levels of goods in the store.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,990.00-£30,590.00 per year
