About the role
We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to join us in one of our charity shops. In this role you'll be responsible for helping the Shop Manager deliver sales and profit targets.
Ideally, we'd like to hear from people who have management or supervisor level experience in high street or charity retail. If you haven't, don't worry. We're just as interested in people who want a career in retail, are prepared to work hard and are eager to learn while embracing our values and behaviours.
