We are currently seeking Waiters/Waitress'
Responsibilities and Duties
Position Requirements
- Have a detailed knowledge of the menu. Stay up-to-date with menu changes.
- Know the drinks & cocktails; basic ingredients, taste.
- Be fluent in the use of the POS system.
- Adhere to your work schedule.
- Adhere to the restaurant grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards.
- Act professional and accommodating and always maintain your composure.
During Service
- Take all guests’ orders as necessary.
- Ensure that the necessary flatware, glassware and other extras are clean and tidy
- Execute beverage service.
- clear tables when guests have finished their meals
- Understand thoroughly and articulate with enthusiasm the details of our menu.
- Anticipate needs of the guest and exceed their expectations.
- Minimise breakage with proper handling glassware etc.
- Clean and maintain your work area at all times.
- Assist other stations, when requested.
- Check accuracy of bill before presenting and ensure correct payment.
Requirements
- Have the necessary skills and experience to complete the role
- Must be a good English speaker
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer and personal service standards
- Have a good work ethic and be self-motivated
- Must be friendly and be a great team player
Part Time Role, Minimum of 20 hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
