We are currently seeking Waiters/Waitress'

Responsibilities and Duties

Position Requirements

  • Have a detailed knowledge of the menu. Stay up-to-date with menu changes.
  • Know the drinks & cocktails; basic ingredients, taste.
  • Be fluent in the use of the POS system.
  • Adhere to your work schedule.
  • Adhere to the restaurant grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards.
  • Act professional and accommodating and always maintain your composure.

During Service

  • Take all guests’ orders as necessary.
  • Ensure that the necessary flatware, glassware and other extras are clean and tidy
  • Execute beverage service.
  • clear tables when guests have finished their meals
  • Understand thoroughly and articulate with enthusiasm the details of our menu.
  • Anticipate needs of the guest and exceed their expectations.
  • Minimise breakage with proper handling glassware etc.
  • Clean and maintain your work area at all times.
  • Assist other stations, when requested.
  • Check accuracy of bill before presenting and ensure correct payment.

Requirements

  • Have the necessary skills and experience to complete the role
  • Must be a good English speaker
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Must have exceptional customer and personal service standards
  • Have a good work ethic and be self-motivated
  • Must be friendly and be a great team player

Part Time Role, Minimum of 20 hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
