Miele Experience Centre Manager - Premium Retail
New store opening soon - Northwest London area
Earn up to £63,000 OTE
We’re recruiting for an Experience Centre Manager who will put us on the map in this new location. Leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand impression and provide a market leading sales experience to both consumers and dealers. You will be a powerful brand ambassador, continuing the success that Miele is having in it's direct to consumer strategy.
We are proud of the success within our Miele Experience Centre's, providing consumers with expert advice and hands-on demonstrations – truly bringing our products to life. We welcome both consumers and partners to come and experience the Miele brand and products every day. We have a new store opening scheduled for this year in the North West Greater London area, and the new manager will be key in the impact and success that we have.
Our Experience Centre's forge the link between dealers, consumers, and Miele, by giving opportunities to close the sale either directly or through our partner network. Miele Experience Centre's are different to normal stores. We strive to provide a premium experience for every consumer, whether they are kitting out an entire new kitchen, or dropping in to buy some replacement detergents for their washing machine. We also run immersive and exciting instore events showcasing our products to our customers.
In this role you will be...
Leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to both consumers and dealers. You will be responsible ensuring the whole team deliver against targets and sales KPIs with the highest standard of retail execution. The successful candidate must have retail store management experience, and have a clear understanding and vision for customer service within a premium brand.
Responsible for delivering a sales, margin and P&L budget for the store, with the highest standard of retail execution. The store manager will be heavily involved in the creation of the strategy, but ultimately accountable for the way it is delivered and executed in store.
The successful candidate should be an experienced people leader with proven track record of motivating and developing employees, creating succession plans and managing inline with our culture and philosophy. A pivotal role for our business, you will be encouraged to bring ideas and innovation to the way we operate. A natural salesperson and both confident and capable when dealing with new and challenging situations, be proactive and adaptable to change with excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
What can we offer you?
We offer a salary between £40,000 - £49,000 per annum, dependent premium retail experience, plus a bonus and benefits package which could take your OTE up to £63,000. We want you to feel you can join a team where we will help you reach your potential, be respected, and perform at your best.
