Salary £45,000 plus annual bonus
We have an exciting vacancy for a Store Manager with a luxury watch and jewellery retailer based in DEVON.
This independent family business was established in the Westcountry in the 1950’s and offers its customers an extensive collection of in-house diamond and coloured gem-stone jewellery. Alongside their own collection of jewellery, the group are authorised retailers for the finest Swiss watch brands in the world and designer luxury jewellery brands.
As the store Manager and an ambassador for the brand, you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be a leader, motivating your team and driving them to meet the high standards of the business and its brand partners. You will be a strong presence on the shop floor and will work to develop your team to maximise sales. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store.
Criteria:-
- Previous luxury retail management experience essential
- Proven track record of managing and leading a motivated team to deliver results
- Experience and success in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of fine jewellery and watches
