About Us

Leading Labels in partnership with Blue Inc are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our store in Stirling, Scotland.

As the second in command, you will assist the store manager in the management of the store, guiding and motivating the team to ensure a consistent delivery of standards, customer service and product knowledge to maximise the stores sales and profitability.

You are a hands on, enthusiastic and passionate individual with some experience of people management and an eye for visual presentation. You understand the importance of what each sale can contribute to your store’s success and how the strength of your team can affect results.

You will be expected to manage the team and take on another level of responsibility to cover duties in the absence of the store manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will: -

  • Assist the manager in the day to day operation of the store
  • Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store.
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and leading by example.
  • Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver to all targets
  • Deputize for the manager when necessary.
  • Provide response and support to the on call team in the event of out of hours alarm activations.

Candidates must be fully flexible to work week days and weekends and a late night where the business requires.

About you

To be the next Assistant Store manager for our store you will need to have strong retail experience, with a drive to hit sales targets. A passion for quality is key and a total commitment to ensuring great customer service, you will be required to lead by example

Ideally you will currently be working as an Assistant Manager, supervisor or are looking to step up from a senior position for a customer focused retailer looking for a new career challenge.
