Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our child protect & child in need service, for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Family Support Worker to join our team.
In this role, you will coordinate services and deliver evidence based interventions to families experiencing multiple and complex issues, families who are in crisis and require immediate and intensive support.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with complex families and have excellent communication skills, which will enable them, to undertake effective family engagement. You must also hold professional level 3 qualification in a relevant field and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with professionals from a range of agencies.
