We have exciting opportunities for General Sales Assistants based the UK's first ever Extra small store; located in Hammersmith, which is pioneering the way for all future XS stores with varying contract sizes from part-time to full-time to suit your availability!
This means you will be working in various areas across the store supporting our customers to have the best shopping experience possible.
Start Date 23rd July 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends. All our part time co-workers will receive 1 weekend off in 4, our Full-time ( 39 hour ) co-workers will receive 2 weekends of in 4.
We have contracts available from 12 -39 hours

Work across different functions within the store for a specified time, based on store needs in order to:

We are looking for someone with a 'can do attitude', who can multi-task, be cost conscious and have a passion for being a part of something bigger. Responsible for keeping the store, tidy, priced and full and having our customers at the heart of what we do.

- Optimize the IKEA shopping experience in all channels to secure satisfied customers and increase sales.
- Support the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA concept.
- Contribute to the goods flow processes in the most efficient, commercial, and safest way possible to achieve the highest level of availability
MARKETHALL

- You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
- Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
- You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
- Provide an efficient and accurate checkout/returns experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
WAREHOUSE
- All general warehouse roles from picking, replenishment and goods receiving
- Physically active role, responsible for health & safety within the warehouse
