BRAND NEW STORE opening AUTUMN 2023
Store manager required to join the team, at the Cheshire Oaks , Ellesmere Port.
£35,000 - £39,000 DOE
Bonus scheme and staff discount
Minimum 2 years managerial experience, with a proven track record for driving sales and profit.
40 hours per week, over 5 days.
Position overview
People development. Recruits, hires and develops high quality management and associates. Trains develops and provides ongoing coaching and feedback.
customer experience. Ensuring service is a priority at all times, executing and achieving the customer experience consistently through regular assessment and coaching.
Drives sales and profitability. Creates and executes strategies to maximise store sales.
Skills and passion required for People development, the customer experience, sales and profitability, retail operations , good communication, positive can do attitude.
