MISSION
Decathlon Croydon is looking for a new Store Manager!
The store opened in the end of 2014 and we are now rensponsible for around £6 mil in-store turnover and £7 mil omnichannel.
We are located in South London , very well connected with the City ( Victoria station is only 20 min by train ) in a large store with around 2400 m of retail space.
We have a team of 16 members of staff which is made up of 4 Department Managers all of them with Operational , Commercial and Customer service mission and one Store Manager.
WHO ARE YOU
- Current Store Manager looking for a new challenge or an Operational Manager validated for the next step
- Able to relocate to Croydon within the next month and commit for at least 3 years with the right to work in the UK
- A team player who will work in collaboration with othe Store Leaders in the region on shared topics.
SKILLS
- A clear understanding and mastery of the fundamentals of retail ( people and layout)
- Process-oriented with results in creating a framework for quick and efficient induction and development
- Strong ability to unite and boost a team towards a common goal
- Able to think strategically as we write the vision of the Croydon project
