STORE MANAGER
LAWSON HEIGHTS MALL - SASKATOON, SK
Bootlegger Store Managers lead all aspects of the business to increase productivity and profitability in their store. Store Managers attract, lead, and develop an amazing team of denim lovers, and drive business results by ensuring the store is a welcoming, inviting, & inclusive experience for everyone.

What you’ll be a part of
- Recruit, train, and provide leadership to a team of passionate customer focused sales associates and leaders to drive great business results through genuine and remarkable service
- Promote the Bootlegger brand through embodying Bootleggers core values: Passion, Teamwork, Trust, Growth, and Entrepreneurship.
- Oversee store operations, including shift organization, receiving and opening shipment, daily housekeeping, and opening and closing duties
- Executing all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to Bootlegger’s standards and directives
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness

- Has excellent sales skills, and is committed to finding product to make our customers feel great
- Has an interest in fashion and LOVES denim

- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Has flexible availability; store managers can work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
