You will enjoy the freedom of working with the Shop Manager to set the direction of your shop at a local level. So being bored is not an option!

You will work 21 hours per week over three days on a rota including weekends and bank holidays. In addition, you will be required to work additional hours to cover for the Shop Manager and therefore flexibility is essential.

What is required?
We are looking for people with the following:
- Previous experience of working in a retail environment
- Cash handling and reconciliation experience
- Experience of leading a team
- Experience of providing great customer experience
- Computer and administration skills
- Managing volunteers
- Experience of fundraising
