We're looking for an awesome Internal Comms Manager to bring their magic to how we partner with our UK&I market. We already have a super team in place, crafting communications to our amazing Baristas and Express Engineers, and we're hoping to find someone who will add a little dusting on the top. A bit about the role...
Over 18,000 people work at Costa. We have a huge base in the UK&I skilfully crafting in our stores, with our franchise partner and across our Express customers. We want everyone to feel connected, empowered, inspired and part of the Costa Family. And that's where you come in. We need you to craft beautifully simple comms plans and activities that inspire our teams to deliver a brilliant coffee experience for all our consumers.
We're also on a journey to fully digitalise how we connect and share. You'll be the tech-savvy comms whizz we need to get the best out of our incredible teams. We're people people at Costa, and our people make us who we are.
