This is an amazing opportunity to work for a world-renowned well-being brand at their new Bicester Village location as a Store Manager.
The Role
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the standalone store and team. You will provide fantastic customer service and inspire your team to drive sales and objectives. You’ll ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are upheld, leading the training of current and new staff, as well as championing community initiatives.
You will work across multiple sectors of the business, completing targets, payrolls, rotas, stocktakes and weekly reports, as well as organising in-store events to promote the brand.
How you’ll dazzle us
We are on the hunt for someone with a minimum of two years experience as a Store Manager, ideally within the health or beauty sectors. You will have a passion for well-being and customer service, sharing this daily with your team to create an exceptional customer experience in-store.
You’ll be confident, friendly, and self-motivated with the desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential. Above all, we are looking for someone with a positive, inspiring attitude and a keen interest in health and wellbeing.
Being able to react to change in a positive but calm way and always maintaining professionalism is key. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights and travel to other stores may be required.
