A day in the life of…

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Restaurant team, as well as overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport you will be part of a growing team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

As part of the Manchester International Airport complex and situated within close proximity to all three terminals, this hotel boasts 280 bedrooms. The hotel opened early February and we are looking to expand the team now the reservations are growing!

You will have previous experience in a guest facing role and a desire to be part of a brand new team.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will a minimum of 2 years experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Manager. And have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
