Job description
Alessi UK, an established Italian design company, is looking for a Store Manager for its concession in Harrods. 40 hrs per week (5 days)
Requirements
- He/She is responsible for leading, developing and supporting the team members of a store to meet sales plans and profitability targets.
- He/She must teach all staff how to deliver great customer service and how to build relationship with clients.
- He/She is responsible for customer service in the store, dealing with cash and credit card transactions at the till, stock presentation and ordering, understanding and explaining our products, and any other requirements in the store to service our customers.
- He/She ensures the smooth running of the shop. In addition other duties may be required from time to time as necessary.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager in Retail required. Salary will be discussed at the interview.
