As we enter into an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Supervisor to join our successful team at Platforms cafes in SHAWFORD, ROMESY, WINCHESTER, EASTLEIGH, SOUTHAMPTON,
The Ideal candidate would be someone with Barista experience who can supervise the floor team. They will maintain a positive attitude with the team and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
We take our coffee and equipment seriously, and are looking for a passionate individual to take the reigns of our Coffee Machine to deliver world class delicious coffees. Knowledge of Espresso and Latte art techniques are essential in this role and candidates must be able to work efficiently, cleanly and swiftly under pressure.
About You
You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible ‘can do’ approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required. You will be friendly and supportive of colleagues and willing to share your knowledge and skills with others. Ideally, you will have at least one year experience in a similar role and environment.
