Where you'll work Inside High Peak, the atmosphere is jovial and happy, with a team of staff who love working here. Many have been at the home for 10, 20 and even 30 years! The long-serving team are led by passionate manager Sharon, who has been at the helm for almost a decade. At High Peak, we have an enthusiastic and creative activities leader who is passionate about enriching our residents' lives. Because some of the residents have high nursing needs, many of the activities are centred within the home.
