Job description
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
- Provide product information, recommendations, and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise
- Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and targets
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product releases, promotions, and company policies
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
