At Bristol Street Motors Ford Redditch, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Central Processing team on a full time permanent basis!

This is a full time permanent position offering a basic salary of up to £23,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits!

The main purpose of this role is to assist to the success of our dealerships through the application of innovation and expertise to aid the seamless operation of the accounting and financial procedures sought at dealership level.

Main Duties include:

• Daily processing of Purchase Ledger documents

• Daily posting of Direct Debits

• Allocation of Manufacturer Bonus debit/credit notes

• Allocation of Finance/Insurance income

• Audit - FCA

• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts

• Assist with Manufacturer monthly/quarterly Bonus Calculations

• Communicating and Working effectively with our Dealership Accountants

• Ad-Hoc Duties within the accounting functions

We are looking for the following attributes:

• Exceptional Attention to Detail and Accuracy

• A background or keen interest in accounts (experience within the motor industry would be advantageous)

• Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Packages

• Organisational Skills

• Communication Skills

• Customer Focus

• Team work and Co-operation
