Job Description Summary
Your daily tasks will involve investigating and processing dividend payments. You will also be required to communicate effectively with other business areas within Stockbroking.At times this role will involve working in a high-pressure environment, we will provide great training and support to help you build the required skills and knowledge and help you further develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes.
Job Description
This role is based in Leeds Lovell park working 35 hours a week, a mixture of working from home and office based. You'll work in the office for the first few weeks to complete your training then working from home will be discussed with your Team Manager. Once fully competent, it will then be a hybrid approach - two days a week in office, three days working from home.

So, about the role...
- Carries out daily team tasks to support the smooth running of the team in order to provide effective communication to customers and colleagues
- Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
- Carries out routine customer needs support tasks and assists others by following established procedures.
- Creates, organises and maintains files for correspondence and records.
- You’ll also be responsible for investigating, reconciling, and paying out Dividend payments.
- Completing reconciliation of cash/stock on daily basis to ensure we follow regulatory requirements.
- Completing daily tasks/checks to ensure all new events are investigated and recorded accurately.
- Supports development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
We just need you to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Strong communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
- Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Knowledge of stock markets and financial industry desirable but not essential
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to adapt to change in fast paced environment
