About us: SunGift Solar Limited (SunGift) are award-winning, innovative renewable energy experts, based near Exeter. We design, install and service renewable energy systems including solar PV, energy storage and EV chargers.
About the role: Accounts and Stock Administrator
Based in our offices in a beautiful setting near Exeter, the key focus of this role is to facilitate the smooth running between warehouse, accounts and other parts of the company.Joining our small and friendly team, you will be processing timesheets, accounts data input, processing invoices and assisting with the debtors process. Helping with stock management, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks such as receiving and matching Purchase Orders, updating our stock management system, updating and dispatching picking lists, booking in any deliveries, spot checks and tracking stock movement.
The ideal candidate
No formal qualifications or training are required, however, admin or accounts experience would be advantageous. We’re looking for you to demonstrate initiative, organisational skills, a willingness to work in this fast-paced environment and learn quickly. This role requires good IT literacy in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and data input experience.
We expect all our employees to have good verbal communication skills and be helpful, polite, and honest at all times. Attention to detail is vitally important within SunGift and is often what sets us apart from the competition. Full training will be provided, including our stock management system, and you will be supported day-to-day by the Warehouse and Procurement Manager.

Working hours: Up to 30 hours per week. We’re happy to talk flexible working.
