Job description
We are looking for a Yacht Broker to join our expanding team.
Based in beautiful Hamble Point Marina, you will be an integral and active member of our crew.
We are growing our sales team and are looking for individuals with experience in sales and a passion for sailing. With 4 key premium, performance sailing yacht brands, Key Yachting maintains a busy brokerage, new boat sales as well as commissioning and servicing.
Essential Skills:
· Experience in a sales environment (candidates without formal sales experience will be considered)
· Have a great telephone manner and in-person communication skills
· Be able to grow relationships with existing and new clients
· Enthusiasm to learn and to develop new opportunities
· Be self-motivated, flexible and resilient
· Knowledge of and a passion for sailing
Desirable skills but not essential:
· Experience in the marine leisure industry or Yacht Broker experience
· European languages (French/Italian)

Qualifications & Training
Sales focused training
