Perform assigned side work, including to-go containers and bags Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual Prepare all condiments, sauces and garnishes for dishes Prepare all paper and linen under liners Stock all kitchen printers with thermal and 2 ply paper Possess full menu knowledge and ability to verbal it to the guests Possess knowledge of floor plan and daily stations Possess knowledge of table numbers and seat numbers Execute food delivery in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner Assist servers and commis when necessary Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor Act professional and accommodating and always maintain your composure What are we looking for? LANGUAGES English: Good Further languages are highly valued depending on location REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Be 18 years of age No previous restaurant experience required Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Organized and able to react quickly Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop and lift up to 40 pounds.
