Job Introduction

Come join us at one of the oldest skyscrapers in the city of London.

As part of the 2.2 acres estate, the team have a chance to learn from our wider team's and clients, to develop their skills and knowledge within different industries, as well as broadening their understanding of front of house services. As one of the longest running Rapport contracts, the team successfully run two ground floor receptions for two building, with around 80 different clients. No day or visitor is ever the same, from healthcare professionals to diners for our Michelin star restaurant, the team meet and greet people from all walks of life, giving them a chance to truly shine to visitors from all around the world.

Our clients are a European commercial property consultancy company. Based in one of London's leading landmark building's, specialised in leasing office space to a range of companies. With a fantastic range of amenities and services, in one of the old skyscrapers in the city of London. Known to enrich the lives of Londoners.

Contracted hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. 40 hours/week

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities are:

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors
  • Registering visitors using Sky Visitor
  • Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad hoc duties as require
  • Assisting with general enquires
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service. They need to be friendly, kind, and hard working. They need a strong sense of teamwork, possess a high level of attention to detail. Multiple languages are preferred, however not essential.
