An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PWP/ CBT therapist / Clinical Psychologist/Counselling Psychologist who is BABCP accredited/registered and has significant experience of working within an IAPT service to join our team TalkingSpace Plus in Oxfordshire.
We are looking for a team leader who will work alongside our senior management team and clinical teams to ensure the effective running of the service, you will be supported by the Deputy Clinical Lead.

You will hold a clinical caseload providing individual and group treatments. You will provide clinical and case management supervision as well as supervision of supervision and line management.
You will be supported to monitor performance at both an individual clinical level and service level. You will lead on an agreed aspects of service delivery, audit, research and/or clinical governance.
In this role you will ensure the systematic provision of a high-quality psychological therapy service to adults and older adults with common mental health disorders and their carers for Step 2, including overseeing team performance within the Oxfordshire TalkingSpace Plus Service.
You will also:
- Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy for a caseload of people with common mental health disorders with or without long term physical health problems.
- Clinically supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy, including clinical skills provided by trainee, qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and as appropriate step 3 trainee and qualified clinicians
- Contribute to the delivery of duty supervision to all staff working in the service.
