Norton Way Group has been in business since 1989, acquiring the Peugeot site back in 1993. Back in 2018, we welcomed our Citroen aftersales department on our established Peugeot site in Letchworth.
Peugeot and Citroen both belong to the successful Stellantis group after taking ownership from the previous PSA Groupe.

Location: Norton Way Peugeot, Works Road, Letchworth. Herts SG6 1NT
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30, alternate Saturday 08:00 to 12:30
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
What you can expect from a normal day:
As a Qualified Service Technician, you will be perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, identifying problems, then explaining Technical issues or repairs when required to customers.
You will test the functionality of parts and systems, and perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation. As well as repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts
We encourage additional training whether this be on the job training or additional courses, to further your career and development.
To be able to complete your job competently you will have kept up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and in the commercial developments
Our technicians always maintain the cleanliness of the workshop, and guarantee the dealership follows policies, franchise standards and procedures.
What skills, experience, and attributes we need from you:
Service Technicians are required to hold a full UK driving licence, and must hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Motor Vehicle maintenance, or looking to complete your level 3 for progression. We want you to have an enthusiastic approach to your ongoing learning and development.
You will have a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail Team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
Our customers are our main focus, we need you to deliver customer distinction at all times.
We want you to be self-motivated, have excellent communications skills both in person and on the telephone.
