Job description
Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Support attorney and lead paralegal in preparing court documents, correspondence, as well as tracking case developments
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filing
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments
- Requesting and scheduling officer interviews
- Process and maintain client files
- Conduct legal research and information gathering
- Communicating with and addressing client concerns, and proactively handling any issues that arise on a daily basis
- Process all emails in a timely manner
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- College level courses/degree preferred
- Paralegal certification or 2+ years of experience as a criminal paralegal

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
