What you will do:
Manage the end to end delivery of statements ensuring our customers receive their statements on time- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure their requirements for statement changes are captured and planned through to production with minimal impact to our customers and business processes
- Manage escalation for general statement & letters issues across the Bank
- Manage the day-to-day of the 3rd party vendors that are used for supply, printing and production of statements and letters. You will need to liaise with these vendors to ensure successful delivery of statement related changes on time and within budget
- Avidly look for opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk
- Manage your team providing outstanding customer service while adhering to risk and control processes

What you will need:
Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders- Ability to manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities to deliver letters and statements
- Can manage and motivate a team
- Brilliant at managing stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience translating change requests in to requirements for technical teams
- Demonstrate operational excellence by making sure that controls are in place and KPIs are being met
- Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to processes and approach to contribute to business objectives
- Management experience leading specialists
- Able to understand and direct the resolution to a wide range of issues & incidents
