BURGER KING Restaurant Crew Member

Hourly rates: 16-17 years £9.50 (Until Midnight ONLY) | 18 and over £10.50 (+£1 per hour after Midnight until end of shift)

What you'll do:

• Build your skills and knowledge of quick service with the opportunity to work in the kitchen, service area and on the dining area
• Take customer experience from good to legendary ensuring perfect products with exceptional service every time

Customer Service

• Serve all customers efficiently, accurately and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is prepared hot, served quickly and presented to the Burger King standard.
• Keep the Dining Area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly
• Answer customer queries or promptly direct customer complaints to the manager
• Recognise and act on individual customer needs e.g. parents with children, elderly and disabled customers

Personal Standards

• Arrive on time to start work
• Comply with company uniform and appearance standards
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
• Comply with company policies as outlined in the staff handbook

• Advise customers of menu items and promotion offers
• Encourage repeat business through courteous service and high standards of quality and cleanliness
