Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Seamlessly manage and coordinate busy calendars for our executive team ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled and communicated effectively.

Office Administration: Maintain an organised workspace by managing office supplies, correspondence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our corporate office.

Travel & Transportation: Coordinate and manage all travel bookings and transportation requirements for executives, ensuring timely and hassle-free arrangements.

Billing & Invoices: Provide support in managing financial documents, including verifying and reconciling invoices, assisting in the billing process, and ensuring timely payments.

Property Management Assistance: Assist our property management arm in its operations, including scheduling maintenance, liaising with tenants, and managing related documentation.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry tools is a requirement. Experience using Notion is a huge bonus!
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
