You will support the Promar International consultancy business to win and deliver projects for clients throughout the UK. You will have the option to work from home (remotely), meet in the Nantwich, Cheshire office (CW5 7JW) and directly on the client farm.

- Lead and develop the sustainability team in Germany and business growth, as aligned with the business's core strategic plan
- Drive the growth of the business forward through a combination of on-project work and working with corporate customers, as well as a strong focus on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Support and help implement the development of the Sustainability Team strategy and priorities in UK, and participate, as required, with wider Promar International managers/teams for future business growth.
- Take responsibility, alongside the Head of Sustainability, for managing a project portfolio and working with key accounts to ensure timely delivery and contribute to operating profit through project and programme delivery across a range of sustainability clients.
- Responsible for planning, utilisation and coordinating logistics to enable economic and sustainable delivery of the Sustainability Team throughout the UK & Europe
- Win business and deliver the value of work through business development and proposal development with prospective and existing customers
- Full driving licence with ability to travel throughout UK
- Degree or significant proven experience in Sustainability and/or Environmental Sciences or similar
- Agricultural/Scientific background
- Proven ability to lead, grow and develop business units with excellent negotiation skills and analytical ability
- Knowledge of food, agriculture and governmental customer sectors
- Experience in managing people, with responsibility for managing turnover and staff utilisation and an ability to win new business
