Are you an Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, evolving business?
If so, our new EA position could be perfect for you. Reporting into our Executive Team Lead, this is a varied role where you'll ensure that our Executive Directors (Exec) are provided with first class administrative support to drive and enable the ambitions of Portman. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management – organising and maintaining complex and frequently changing diaries and maximising time utilisation
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Co-ordinating UK and international travel, accommodation and on and off-site meetings
- Acting as a gateway to ensure the Exec’s time is used effectively
- Pro-active management of inbox - monitoring emails where appropriate and highlighting any matters that require immediate attention
- Management of monthly expenses and credit card submissions
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office, ensuring it provides a first class working environment for all colleagues and guests.

We welcome your application if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous EA experience (covering all of the key areas of responsibility of the role)
- Excellent computer skills using Outlook and Microsoft packages
- First class people skills - these are essential as this role will work with a wide range of people both within and outside of Portman
