Job description

  • 5+ years of sales operations management ideally in ecommerce or technology sectors

Amazon Pay, one of the fastest growing businesses within Amazon, is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to deliver programs that automate and drive productivity of our B2B GTM functions. This specialist will have global scope and will collaborate with sales, account management, partner, finance, product, marketing, and business intelligence teams to design and deliver programs. They will define business requirements and work with a team of developers to design and implement solutions across a suite of productivity technology. Additionally, they will deliver sales processes and analytics to support GTM activities and performance around products, markets and segments the business pursues.

A successful candidate must be able to lead multiple programs at one time, and provide solutions that are scalable and cost efficient. They will have superb communication, program management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

Key job responsibilities
  • Define and deliver operational and Salesforce.com strategic roadmap. Budget and resource the efforts accordingly.
  • Define business requirements and drive delivery for new and existing processes and programs across the global sales, account management, partner and marketing teams
  • Deliver ad-hoc and weekly business reporting and work with internal stakeholders to streamline the operating processes to support the standard cadence of the business in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Drive project prioritization a team of developers (not reporting into this role) through bi-weekly sprints in executing against priorities
  • Attend sprint retrospectives to ensure development and programs are completed with high standards
  • Oversee and provide direction for the implementation of new objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, and record types in Salesforce
  • Own GTM training and education about process changes through self-service and in-person trainings
  • Partner with Salesforce engineers to troubleshoot Salesforce issues
  • Develop and drive adoption plans for new mechanisms, releases, and tools
  • Support business leaders in delivery of Salesforce-based reporting and insights, territory and account assignments, forecasting, data hygiene, and day-to-day operations management

  • Experience working in collaboration with Marketing Operations teams utilizing a marketing automation tool (preferably Marketo)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc), functional SQL knowledge
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard)
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
