Sports Modelling Data Scientist
Sports Betting Company
London (hybrid working model)
£60,000 - £75,000 + bonus
Xcede is excited to be partnered with a Sports Betting syndicate who are looking for an end-to-end Data Scientist to work on some of their key sports modelling projects as part of their Data Science team.
You will be responsible for building ML models, coding in Python, deploying and maintaining models and providing real time updates for the Trading team.
Key skills/experience required:·
- Masters Degree in Data Science (or relevant STEM subject)
- 2 years' experience working in the Sports Betting industry is highly preferable
- Strong interest in sports and able to back this up with knowledge across a range of sports e.g. Football, Cricket etc.
- Side projects in sports are highly desirable (e.g. building some form of predictive model in sports)
- Strong ability to code in Python
- Extensive experience building
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
