Fantastic opportunity for a Enthusiastic & Passionate Sports Massage Therapist to join an innovative Sports Injury Clinic on a flexible part-time basis. (With opportunity for full time.)
We are a modern and progressive MSK practice, based in central London. We cater to people from all walks of life, from professional athletes, office workers, pre and postoperative patients from both sporting and non-sporting backgrounds. We work with some of London’s leading surgeons and sports physicians, along with working on a number of TV and film productions.
We use a combination of treatment modalities and corrective exercises, to ensure the body is in optimal condition for both sport and everyday life, helping people to live a healthier and happier life. We believe in investing in your future self. Our focus is longevity!
We combine clinical and theoretical expertise across a wide variety of disciplines, allowing us to provide our patients with the highest level of care possible, through evidence based hands on practice and bespoke corrective and restorative exercises. Our approach focuses on longevity! You don’t have to be injured or in pain to come see us. We focus on replacing bad habits with good ones, making small but effective lifestyle changes that ensure you live a happier healthier lifestyle!
We pride ourselves on the level of care we provide our patients with, and are looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist with good clinical reasoning, excellent hands on manual therapy techniques, that has an excellent understanding of pain and injury education. The ideal candidate will:
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and treatment for a range of muscular injuries & conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
- Promote awareness of the benefits of Sports Massage, physical fitness and wellness.
- Have excellent communication skills & build rapport with patients.
Must Have:
- A recognised Sports Massage certification or equivalent
- 1-2 years Sports Massage experience
- Experience dealing with Sports Injuries
Desirable:
- Dry Needling
- K Taping
- Cupping Therapy
