Watts Farms has a rare opportunity for a Specialist Order Picker to join our warehouse team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,385 per annum.

You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, between the hours of 17:00 and 03:00, working an average of 48 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

As a Specialist Order Picker, you will pick customer orders to a very high standard in a chilled warehouse environment. You will ensure only products of excellent quality are delivered to our customers.

You will efficiently and accurately complete scheduled checks on colleague orders, to eliminate errors and to ensure they too reach our high standards.

You will be proactive in coaching Warehouse Operatives to pick customer orders to Watts Farms standards and will give feedback where they fall short.

What skills and experience will you need?

• Previous order picking experience is essential

• Excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Customer Focused

• Fresh produce product knowledge is desirable

We are Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying many industries across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We also provide a Home Delivery service, offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms in addition to a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and household goods.
