We are seeking candidates who are passionate about building outstanding digital experiences to work alongside engineers, UX designers, data scientists and cross functional teams. You will be joining a product management function responsible for developing the next generation of data-driven capabilities for clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with diverse set of stakeholders and SMEs to understand their workflows and data needs and translate those into specifications for data driven experiences
Ability to understand systems and perform data analysis including include data mapping and data transformation processes
Document a wide variety of data types, applications, business rules and process flows
Develop deep understanding of various data sources and their underlying business logic
Work alongside product managers to prioritize work for the development teams
Assist in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute projects

Preferred qualifications:
Experience defining business requirements and working with engineering teams
Experience with data mapping, data management and data quality issue resolution
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
Bachelor’s degree and sufficient years of relevant work experience
Financial Services experience desired
Familiarity with modern developer tools (e.g. Jira)
Agile experience desired
