Job description

Clair has spent a lot of her life in a long stay hospital, at times she is struggling to adjust to having her own home and so she needs support in this area. She already has a great team, she is just looking for some additional staff who are able to support her in the next chapter of her life, which is to increase her independence and build on her confidence. She has Autism and can find the world a little confusing and frustrating at times. When Clair is happy and well, she is great company and she loves to get out and about, she loves dogs and will take every opportunity she can to get involved in dog walking. She also loves an 80’s vibe and loves the music associated with this era. Clair is looking for caring and empathic support staff and so you should be someone who can understand the journey she has been on. You should have a mature outlook with a good level of emotional intelligence, someone who doesn’t take things personally and someone who is prepared to work with Clair to support her to achieve her potential. It is an incredibly rewarding job and we offer full training and training that will support both your personal and professional development.
