This role supports the operationalisation of a road-map of continuous improvement initiatives within operations and the wider Credit & Collections function.
This role will be responsible for identifying, analysing and embedding change into our operational teams and supporting the delivery of change and small projects across all Credit and Collections.
0-12 months you’ll deliver
- Take accountability for the management of a variety of small change, ensuring it is assessed and delivered in line with internal change governance
- Carry out a variety of analysis activities including process mapping & customer journey mapping and present your findings in a format adjusted to suit your audience.
- Recommend changes and improvements, exploring the cost & benefits of your proposal.
- Lead the delivery of a continuous improvement roadmap that includes appropriate initiative selection & prioritisation to meet strategic objectives
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
- Communication and analytical presentation
- Actively identify problems and propose solutions
- Comfortable with multitasking and context switching

- Great relationship building abilities
This role is part of a multi-faceted implementation team and therefore has a number of opportunities for development across the Credit & Collections function.
