Your Mission…
- You will be passionate about creating and nurturing love for our Youth To The People brand and our pro-grade vegan skincare, by delivering a uniquely memorable customer experience.
- You can demonstrate strong business acumen and experience within beauty retail. You can analyse sales data, manage inventory and affectively business plan around these to maximise growth.
- You will be a natural storyteller, inspiring your customers and team with the DNA of the brand and creating authentic people connections. You demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive attitude to providing healthy skin solutions and after sales clienteling for our customers.
- You are self-motivating, with the ability to identify business opportunities and implement creative and effective short- and long-term business plans.
- You will lead your team by example, proactively approaching customers in an authentic and friendly manner to provide an exceptional customer experience. Introducing our high performing formulas that are built to support their individual lifestyle.
- You will be a YTTP ambassador with your attitude and on brand grooming. You are familiar with coaching a team to success with regular performance-based feedback and can additionally support their education, ensuring they confidently and authentically deliver the brand direction.
- Being part of the YTTP family, you will be passionate to support our sustainability goals, such as reducing carbon footprint and wellness movement.
- You will be confident with the overall running of a free-standing store operationally including all aspects of health and safety. Also taking accountability for achieving store KPI’s and coaching your team to achieve personal results.
- With this being the only YTTP store in the U.K and first globally to launch, you will be self-driven to promote brand awareness through strong eventing plans.
- You will be digitally savvy and actively engage with social media trends and technology to help create content, with the possibility of leading and managing the brand’s UK virtual consultation service.
- And last but not least, the ideal person (YOU) will have an entrepreneurial spirit and is highly motivated to grow with us, Youth To The People!
Support And Development…
- Your induction will consist of regular training with our Education Team, Area Manager and Peers.
- You will attend trainings where you will have an introduction to all new launches, skin application techniques and get to play with all our new products.
- The future is yours! Being part of L’Oreal there are many development programs on offer. We will support your progression if you are interested in growing professionally into a Senior Management role. You will be taken through leadership modules to get you ready for this next step in your career.
