OVERVIEW:

• The Planning team of this Top 100 law firm has an outstanding reputation for its technical and commercial expertise advising clients within the private and public sectors.
• You can expect to cover the full range of planning work including strategic planning advice, planning applications and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.
• A growth area for the firm, the newly appointed Planning Solicitor will have the opportunity to take the lead on major planning law cases and work with partners developing new business leads and clients.
• The successful Planning Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ PQE in planning law gained in either the private or public sector.
• You will be a confident and detail focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability.
• Suitable Planning Solicitors will relish the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law, working on behalf an impressive client list and handling high quality work.
