What you’ll do


The EBU Fibre Services Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing, and coordinating, fibre delivery works for non-project related customers’ orders through the Fibre Services subcontractors (civil engineering) and Design & Build teams.


The Fibre Services Delivery Coordinator must combine a strong technical knowledge with great planning, organisational and communication skills, detail-oriented in order to achieve orders right first time, cost and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make appropriate decisions based on knowledge of Fibre Installation and assurance
  • Logical thinker/problem solver who is self-motivated and a strong contributor within a team
  • Confident, helpful, customer-oriented
  • Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritisation and escalation skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal); must be service oriented
