We have a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. After a beautiful refurbishment we now have 319 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf.
Hours
This role is mostly at the weekend, but also may be required to pick hours in the week to cover holidays.
The Belfry Spa
The Belfry Spa has 20 treatment rooms, a relaxation room, a mani-pedi station, whirl pools, swimming pools, our famous 'fire and ice' experience and more. We offer a range of Espa treatments and our spa therapists are passionate about delivering personalised treatments in stunning surroundings.
About the role
Set within the busy Spa, as a Spa Receptionist, you will deal with all spa bookings and arriving / departing guests. Your role will include:
- Identifying opportunities to recommend treatments
- Recording accurate details and requirements of bookings
- Answering telephone queries
- Providing guidance and assistance with retail products
About you
Experience within a spa environment or hotel reception environment is desirable but not essential- A high energy, sales-focused individual
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Approachable and friendly

Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £10.73 - £11.06 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £10.18 - £10.51 plus a qualified estimate of £0.55 gratuities per hour
