THE ROLE
As a Spa Receptionist you will be the first and last point of contact for all of our guests in the Spa.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Be responsible for the cleaning and tidying of the reception area
- Make the arrival and departure of guests warm and welcoming
- Answer the phone, redirect calls and record messages as required
- Manage emails and general admin
- Ensuring guest’s appointments are secure
