THE ROLE

As a Spa Receptionist you will be the first and last point of contact for all of our guests in the Spa.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Be responsible for the cleaning and tidying of the reception area
  • Make the arrival and departure of guests warm and welcoming
  • Answer the phone, redirect calls and record messages as required
  • Manage emails and general admin
  • Ensuring guest’s appointments are secure
