Experience & Knowledge:
- 3+ years of Comparable Kitchen Experience at a restaurant pacing at least $4-8MM annually.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain kitchen systems including recipe books, pars, inventory and order guides in partnership with the Chef.
- Approachable, friendly, and ability to positively direct employees.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic Computer use such as email, ordering and inventory entry.
- Must be available work nights and weekends.
- Aptitude for organization and administrative tasks.
Compensation:
- This is an hourly, non-exempt position
- Pay range $23-25/hour with approved OT
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses
- Training, development, and opportunities for advancement

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear. This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stand, twist, squat and frequently lift products and/or supplies up to 50 pounds.
