Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock control across the business - stock movements, inventory checks, stock control, visibility, system updates.
  • Responsible for overseeing online fulfilment and logistics, ensuring all orders have been picked and dispatched by the fulfilment team.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies. Responsible for out-of-stock items and ensuring that issues are resolved, and problems minimized.
  • Warehouse management, ensuring all goods are transferred in and out and inventory updated.
  • Responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy across warehouse and store stockrooms. Overseeing Customer Service and supporting the team with order tracking, complaints, refunds and stock issues.
  • Support Product team to ensure inventory on the EPOS system is 100% accurate
  • Carry out stock takes as required to ensure inventory is reconciled
  • Work with the Fulfilment team to ensure inventory is correct and stock transfers are accepted in the back-office systems
  • Ensure the Parcel Delivery Services collect online orders on time and liaise with depots where necessary
  • Quality Control: QC checks on goods in, ecommerce orders, returns, repairs, ensuring quality control is maintained on all orders dispatched
  • Responsible for in-store and ecommerce packaging and re-ordering.

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive acumen to rectify issues independently
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills. The candidate will liaise with various teams across the business from Ecommerce, Product and Buying, and Customer Service on a daily basis.
  • Proven track record that demonstrates the ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer Service experience is essential.
  • Experience of working within the retail sector, preferably menswear, but not essential.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • The ability to learn back-office systems quickly
  • Demonstrate initiative and organise time effectively in order to execute duties accurately and meticulously.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £32,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
