WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AMBITIOUS AND PASSIONATE HAIR STYLISTS TO JOIN OUR TRIBE

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hair Stylist to join our team who share our values of teamwork, quality, growth and sustainability.
As a member of our team, you will create beautiful hairdressing while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality technical skills in a timely and efficient manor
- Educating guests with expert advice and guidance on hair care and styling
- Building trusting relationships with guests and colleagues
- Delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with excellent technical skills
- Able to work with all lengths and texture or willing to learn
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- Efficient, timely and organised working practices
- Ability to build trusting relationships with guests and colleagues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Marketing and branding knowledge
- Computer literate and able to use software
- Mindful, compassionate, and able to work under pressure
- Honest, trustworthy, and has integrity, ethical and moral principles
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to learn and grow
- Open to new ideas and feedback
