Taking the stylish and familiar charm of the original Bluebird – a Chelsea landmark on the King’s Road for over 20 years – this sister site brings retro-chic to White City. A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Sous Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to lead the brigade in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the Head Chef and restaurant management team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
