Are you an organized, conscientious professional Paralegal who enjoys working as part of a team? We are looking to add a new member to our Vancouver office Paralegal Team.
About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to work with a compliment of litigation lawyers. Assisting in a variety of litigation practice areas including insurance, personal injury, construction and aboriginal.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and organize file materials.
- Document preparation, drafting standard letters, lists of documents and pleadings
- Set trials, discoveries, etc. and prepare required documentation.
- Time recording
- Continual learning and keeping up to date on changes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Pay Range: $65K+ depending on skills and experience plus lucrative bonus opportunities.

About our Ideal Candidate
Experience: Ideally, 3+ years of paralegal experience.
Education: A Paralegal Certification from an accredited post-secondary institution, or equivalent experience/training.
Skills: Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); knowledge of court rules and procedures; superior organization and interpersonal skills; the ability to engage clients internal and external; a strong communicator; experience in scheduling calendars and working knowledge of PC Law is an asset.
Characteristics: You should be self-motivated and thrive on solving problems both independently and with the team. You are a proactive self-starter who has a positive and energetic attitude. You understand the importance of exercising discretion and confidentiality and can adapt to dynamic situations. We take pride in the quality of our work, so we hope you do too.
This position is full-time, five pays per week and based in our downtown Vancouver office.
